FAQ
Should an overseas manufacturer entering Taiwan find a distributor or set up its own office?
For a first entry into Taiwan to validate the market, a local distributor is usually the starting point — low upfront investment, with existing customers and channels to build on; once the market is validated, consider setting up your own office.
Can DEYly do only the marketing, without distribution?
Yes. We can do only Traditional Chinese content and customer development, with the manufacturer's own sales or an existing distributor closing deals — or we can take on everything.
What does a distribution agreement usually cover?
Territory and product scope, pricing and margins, how customer data is shared, division of installation and after-sales work, and the contract term. Actual terms are negotiated between the parties.
Can we communicate in Japanese?
Yes. We work in Chinese, English and Japanese every day and can communicate directly with Japanese manufacturers on technology, lead times and market feedback.
