FAQ
What does local technical service include?
Installation and commissioning, training, troubleshooting and repair, spare parts management, scheduled maintenance, and liaison with the manufacturer's technical team in Japanese or English.
Which products can you service?
Mainly automation equipment, semiconductor and industrial equipment. The actual scope requires assessing the product type first, with technical training and documentation from the manufacturer.
Can we use only technical service, without distribution?
Yes. If the manufacturer already has a Taiwan channel or sells directly, we can handle just installation, training and after-sales.
How is technical service priced?
It depends on service scope, response time requirements and whether spares are stocked; annual contracts or per-visit fees are common.
